54/33 fold to cbet% (no sample R)
39/41/24
25 WTS
45 WWSF
(blinds are both tags, neither that aggressive with squeezes/3bets)

He calls with all strong hands OTF. Have seen him raised OTT with top pairs on two occasions.

Not really sure if we can bet here OTR, he does view me as aggressive from what I could tell, but not sure he will always call with hands like 98s 97s, T9s, JTs, Q9s. TT-JJ and if he doesn't a bet will too thin I suppose..

So c/call? c/f seems to weak, even if I actually doubt this guy is capable of turning many hands into a bluff.

Hey Axelphoney,

2 barreling here is fine. The downside to spiking a K is that it's a good card to bluff and hence bad card to extract value. Check turn, fire river is an option. Check/call twice vs aggro guy is an option. Betting is fine though.

River card is not good. If you were to bet it'd have to be pretty small since you are targetting 9x, PP's, the occasional turned worse Kx float. Check/call is not a good option if villain does not turn hands into bluffs, and there is usually not that much air in his range on this board. We'd expect the frequency of him checking back to go up as result, so check/fold really not that terrible of an option.
