Yeah, I think raise turn.

As played don't mind bluffing river, I don't think he is c/calling that often.

Hey duder1n0,

I agree that raise turn is a decent option here.

Nothing wrong with flatting though especially if we are intending to bluff river vs check. When villain checks river I would definitely bet. If I wasn't going to bet river here I'd raise turn instead probably.
