Where is the softest live poker in Vegas?

Generally speaking, the worse the conditions are for the players, the softer the room.

So the Bellagio and Venetian are very luxurious for poker players, but probably the hardest rooms.

However the Flamingo is a shit hole, but one of the softest games I have ever played.
