$0.25/$0.5 No Limit Holdem
8 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG felle_ ($48.50)
UTG+1 KzinAce ($10.00)
MP1 TywerAAA ($21.05)
MP2 Hero ($54.48)
CO Impaniix ($63.55)
BTN nivek77222 ($11.30)
SB brahmanshiva ($40.97)
BB valenok_666 ($22.15)

Pre-flop: ($0.75, 8 players) Hero is MP2 A♦ K♦
3 folds, Hero raises to $2, 1 fold, nivek77222 goes all-in $11.30, 1 fold, valenok_666 calls $10.80, Hero folds

Final Pot: $24.85

Normally I call this to a SSS, but with that overcall fold is fine?

I'm not sure, but I think that given the small stack of the other caller, I'll shove. Except if you know for sure he is really tight.

I mean, if he is calling QQ+, you still have 37% equity (you need 36% equity to make the call):

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 37.556% 30.80% 06.75% 61752 13536.00 { AdKd }
Hand 1: 24.552% 17.80% 06.75% 35682 13536.00 { TT+, AKs, AKo }
Hand 2: 37.892% 37.89% 00.00% 75960 0.00 { QQ+ }

But if he is calling tight here (KK+), then you are almost dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 05.221% 05.08% 00.14% 3852 108.00 { AdKd }
Hand 1: 10.346% 10.20% 00.14% 7740 108.00 { TT+, AKs, AKo }
Hand 2: 84.433% 84.43% 00.00% 64044 0.00 { KK+ }

Actually, since your equity is never that big, I kind of like the fold preflop. Except if you know for sure he is loose :)

Fold < Call < Shove.
Take the deadmoney, you are way ahead of both their ranges.

If you decide to continue with your hand, you should shove.
Folding is fine without reads on valenok.
