Meh, I involved myself in a fucked up spot and I think after I reviewed my hand I decided a fold was the best option. The hand looks tantalizing at first glance but I do not draw to the nuts all that much. That said, I couldnt find a fold as I thought the initial aggressor is rarely the nuts here and if he has them I have him covered. Now, the 3better is most likely aces in this spot, so unless he has my flush draw dominated, I am getting a certain fold. What I feared the most was the big stack and the way I played my hand was solely because of him. I shipped to make him fold his crap, but apparently he had the nuts and held up. Now, in this scenario I think my shove wasn't all that bad, because if I redraw him and lose to the short stack, I'm still going to profit. But I'm still confused as to how to approach this hand better.

Hi,

fold is fine this deep. I'd never fold 100bb deep tough.

What would you think about 3-betting this pre-flop?
