there is a problem. I've uploaded funds to skrill on Sunday and deposited them on poker room. Now it's Thursday, and still didn't get money. Wrote to skrill@pokerstrategy.com, no answers. What's going on ?

Well i did. 
But they said, write to Skrill@pokerstrategy.com, which i did. but no answer for 2 days already....
Yes, Skrill customer support can take up to a week to reply in some cases. Have you tried calling them by phone. Usually it is a much quicker way of contacting them
any update with this... it is automatic bonus or i should deposit first any amount?
I was also entitled for the $10 bonus some months ago, but I gave up chasing it since their support was unresponsive.
