Preflop standart fold, but MP and SB is 50+ VPIP fishes, and I will not overplay middle or bottom set. So I think its marginal, but can be call. On flop BB (20/12/0 on 80 hands) donks pot into 3 opps. I think I can even fold on flop, cause I block Q7, and he will got QQ most of the times, but call not so bad, no reason to raise (raise-fold ofc) I think. On turn 1 of the possible straight draw close and he pots again. If he got QQ why he do it I think? So that time I think he donks with strong draw on flop and now got straight. But I can't call now, dont have odds to boat, and if hit it on river dont have implaed odds, cause he reg and will not pay me. But I call 
I hit my boat on river, but he bet big, he will not bet with straight, so he got boat. But I think I'll loose against QQ, but win against Q3 and Q7 which he can turn into bluff. Now I think I was wrong and should fold of course. Post that 2 hands just to remember and dont do that mistakes in future...
