Board is not too dangerous, so call and calldown seems like the best option to me.
Maybe it's my selective memory, but I used to call down in such spots and it's a set like 85% of the time... I have no reads that he is capable of raising air in 3bet pot on the turn being 150 bb deep and really don't think he's playing a Jack this way... Well at least the standard opponent at NL50 would not behave so.
I know that if I fold AA in such spot then its super exploitable, but I don't fold here 100% of the time and would like to know something about my opponent to make a decision.

Good fold imo. Agree that its a set rly often.
At 100bb i would cry and maybe calldown. But when u are deep this seems like a no brainer . People almost never bluffraise here.
Ive been calling down in suh spots all the time and i think that they have it here 75% of the time. If hes some aggrotard or spazzfish then u should calldown.
