Sometimes its just fine to call a turncheckraise with a hand that is actually good enough to put in a 3bet with. it protects your bet/calling range and makes it tougher for your opponent to play against you. but on 002 004 cent it's not a big deal to consider balancing but you should just reraise the turn right away as you might get capped by even a worse hand since he might be on tilt and since some draws are possible, he might check/fold them on the river thoug its unlikely as most guys keep barreling their busted draws.

Despite the fact that i'd 3bet right away your play is reasonable and the 3bet on the River sucks but with top2pair you should never fold this. basically you should never do tough folds with no solid reads about your opponents play.
