Villain probably holds AA, KK, QQ or AK. He will not fold AA, KK or QQ and you are behind. He also might be holding AdKd which he will not fold and you are almost flipping against this hand. You are ahead only against AKo.

If he is looser with his 3-bet range, he may hold AQ or TT against which you are still behind.

I would fold here.

The shove on the Flop is standard play here. You've got fold equity and at times the best hand.
The preflop call however depends on your reads. Against an unknown who hasn't done something like this before, I prefer a fold.
