he is 17/10 in 30 hands filtered an 17% 3bet..his small 3 bet made me fold the hand..if he was just shoving i would have called.

Never ever folding. You just leveled yourself into folding prolly the best hand. He can be doing this with any 2 and be super profitable, when u fold 99 here...

FWIW, vs aggro regs, I might pick a similar move(although I make it 665) with 22-55/87s, 65s, k4s type of hand as a reg has 2 options-either shove or fold pre. He never flats. And when somebody folds 99 here but would otherwise call your 22 push, that makes you feel like the boss, don't it?
