Unable to view some videos

Hey Evante,

Below each video, you can see a button to switch between the HTML5 player and Flash player. Could you try switching to the other one and see if that fixes it for you?

You could try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as this sometimes causes problems as well. If that doesn't do the trick either, just let us know and we'll try to figure this out for you.

Also, does this happen for all videos, or just one/a few?

I'm really surprised that nothing has worked for you because as far as I'm aware all the video issues have been solved.

Best thing to do is send our customer support team a ticket and maybe they are aware of another issue that can help you out

I have this same problem occasionally. Now that I try to watch Skodljivec's newest omaha video or Moshman's, they dont work. Trying to start "flash", it says file not found. Switch to HTML, file could not be played.. I'm using Firefox, but tried with IE with same results..

Please send them a ticket and they have had instances where they have fixed this problem.
