Knowing that this isnt isolated case makes me eaven more motivated.
Anyway, I will go through my whole yesterday 2k hands and post every tricky hand in sample hands forum.

:heart:So I decided to play only 6 tables of SSS NL200 to avoid any posible mistakes.Here is a result lost more than 5BI- 200$ in 150 hands.
Downswing is destroying me fircely ♦. I think that this isnt normal anymore , I'm down 23BI (900$+) in only day and half- 2.2k hands.

It is realy crazy on NL200 FT- one would think as you go higher in limits number of maniacs and bad players decreases, wich is maybe the correct, but this is something that I never sow on NL50- in 20k hands, and now already 2 times in 5k hands on NL200. I only hope my bankroll survives ♦
Also, this downswing could be a result of a diferent table selection I used last couple of days- I try to find loose tables, with big player-per-flop ratio- these tables are fishier, but obviosly a lot more swingy.

It's okay downswings happen, I lost 10 stacks playing BSS today, got rivered so many times when I was pot comitted already. Keep your chin up!

Take a break ... at least that way u won't lose money. If after the break u still lose that way... take another break... things will inevitably turn your way. That day you can even allow urself to donk with 97o for exemple!!!

So you went fishing at the loose tables, and lost.... this has nothing to do with your play, you played great with premium hands.
This same thing happened to me when I started only selecting high PPF tables, my big hands were finally getting some action! At the same time I suffered some beats, but I played through, I kept at it, SSS like a robot, I KNEW I was playing perfect...so why stop? I raise PF with JJ MP and get shoved, I call and villian turns over QQ, but I am not worried, I played my Johneez perfect... and BAMO, flop lands me a 3rd J. Then another table pops 2 pairs with KQ... and another sees AA vs A2..... I keep playing my game, I am solid, patiently waiting for the correct hands, watching the limpers and licking my chops. Playing at the big-fish tables takes a certain amount of composure I am sure. I suggest read or re-read psyhology section silver articles, they are good for a morale boost if nothing else.
