BB bets t900, Hero calls t900

Turn: (t2700) T :spade: (2 players)
BB bets t3000, Hero raises to t5155, BB calls t2155

Just a few hands into HU vs unknown.. No particular reads.

How would you have played it?

How much is the big blind?

If it's bt200, just minraise, no need to make it 450.

As played, I think flatting flop has the highest expectation on this ultra dry board. Just cuz I want to extract another possible bluff bet by villain.
