try this i guess

some sizing mistakes imo, but overbet river is def a serious mistake, your hand is not THAT good and it's hard for him to call worse.
after he raises it should be just a call (at best!) hoping to split, a bluff is highly unlikely (specially since you overbet) and you lose to QT and diamonds. he doesn't value raise worse.
