was thinking to hide all win/loss for the session and only view it end of the month.
however, it seems dangerous, lets say suddenly I have a leak and went down hill but I couldnt detect in time.
What are your views?

Why do you want to hide them?
I mean i can find only one reason and that's if winning and/or loosing effect your game negative way.
If that's the case, then it could be worth of consideration, but having that kind of "leak" in your mental game needs to be fixed. 
I don't know what tracker you're using but in HEM2 you can disable every win -related stat for example from sessions -tab, but it's a bit hard to analyse sessions after that.
