The Finnish section shut down, so might as well start to blog here. I did have a blog here before, but I think I'll start fresh.
So I'm Finnish. Been playing poker about 3 years, of which 2 years seriously. About a year ago I took a shot at NL200, ran badly and had a big downswing in NL100 too - and at the same time I had to pay back 3k€ student money. So my roll went from 13k€ to about 5-6k€ in a few days. Then I sort of lost motivation, didn't play much, tilted a lot, and was finally down to 1,8k€ about 2 months ago.
So I dropped down to NL50, started playing Blaze poker @ Microgaming, and realized it was within reach to make 3k€ with little to no pressure there (it's not funny to play NL100 with 25 bins knowing you can go busto every session). So I've played that for two months now, got my roll back to 4k€, and wanna get back to NL100 ASAP. However, I've learned that I need a conservative BRM in order to keep my stress levels under control. So gonna grind the NL50 Blaze to the end of this year. Hopefully I'll have at least 7k€ roll then. I'm also gonna get about 1200€ from the jewel promotion, and I think 80 bins is enough for me to play NL100. Here's some of my results. (Had over 1 million hands of NL4, NL10, NL20 and NL50, but my old computer broke down and I lost them.)

So my EV-adjusted winrate has been about 6bb/100 both in NL50 & NL100. However, I was and still am - though a bit less now - a big tilter. If I had a better mindset, I think I could achieve a 7-8 bb/100 winrate. I don't tilt often - but when I do I just completely blackout for few minutes and throw at least 5 bins away for no imaginable reason. Then I realize what I've done, get sad, angry, and desperate - and continue playing until I've filled the hole or lost at least 20-30 bins. This has happened at least 4 times in the past. Now I have Tilt Breaker which helps a lot, and I believe I have made some progress in my mental game too. (I have the Tendlers book, and I've read it a few times - but I'm not exactly sure how it's supposed to help.)
My playing style is pretty cally, and my AF has always been about 2.5. I've never really understood playing GTO or balancing your play. I mean, if I think I have little to no fold equity, I'm not gonna bluff just for the sake of having some hands to bluff with in certain spot. Some coach said in some video that first he plays the way he plays, then he thinks about what's his image in his opponents eyes, and then he adjusts his play in every situation according to that image. That's how I try to play too.
Some random rambling: My red line is going down @ NL50, @ NL100 it's about BE. A lot of this is due to not thinly valuebetting (and getting them to fold their gutshots and A-highs) turn vs. fish (obviously fish related), but instead checking back and calling river (vs. their missed gutshots, A-highs and who knows what). For example, if I have 98 on J84s, I bet flop, fish calls, turn's a blank 2, I checkback turn, river is pretty much any card, fish bets, I call. I mean in this spot I've seen many a fish pot bet 2x, A-high, all missed draws and what not. So when a fish has a low fold to C-bet, I checkback the turn a lot. It obviously controls the potsize too, but if an opponent never bluff raises (many fishes don't, although minraises on a wet board with TP are pretty common now) then pot controlling isn't much of an issue.

Ok. Had a 450€ day today, and I'm feeling good.
