Have sent ID check and proof of address and created the ticket! No answer and no money

It can take up to 96h for the whole thing to process after you sent identification and proof of recidense

Hello bankrotsman,

The support has requested a proof of residence - so a scan/picture of a bill addressed to you (e.g. gas, phone) or a bank statement - with any confidential information blacked out. This is just to confirm your address.

SoyCD I have sent the proof of residence yesterday Have just answered my ticket... I need to wait 48 hours !
