Hi,

If BB was nit then b/f would be fine, but since he is playing likely top 20% of hands against your raise which also include A6, A8 and 98s type hands+ he can always overvalue his AxQh type hands I think you can also b/c turn.

If you have only seen flushes these spots I think b/f is also ok.
I would generally prefer betting turn than checking since you can go 3 streets of value on blank rivers.
