Hi, Sim, I actually guess that the best play will be fold flop but the actions of the opponent seemed very suspicious to me.

The PAH shoed me the following stats: 49 hands, aggression 5/-/-/, he had 3 stacks at this table and 3 stacks at another table.

The results are not shown now.

Titan Omaha PL, $0.10/$0.20 (Titan HH Converter by Kreatief)

SB ($63.10)
BB ($75.39)
MP3 ($26.65)
CO ($12.05)
BTN ($41.20) ___ (Hero)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 3♥, A♠, A♥, 9♠
2 folds, Hero raises to 0.7$, SB calls $0.60, 1 folds,

Flop: 3♠, K♣, 9♣ ( $1.6 )
SB checks, Hero bets $1.60, SB raises to 5.0$, Hero calls $3.40,

I make an instant Cbet, he thinks for a while and reraises. After a moment I call.

Turn: 3♣ ( $11.6 )
SB bets $6.40, Hero calls $6.40,

He thinks again and bets. I make an instant call.

River: J♣ ( $24.4 )
SB bets $14.00, Hero calls $14.00,

On the river he thinks for a long time, practically 3/4 of the given time, bets, I make an instant call.

Final Pot: $49.80

If you felt certain that your hand was good then I suppose you have to go with your instinct and extract value as you see fit. However, calling off 100+BB with a marginal hand to someone whom may not necessarily be a total maniac seems like a bad idea in the longterm. I hope your hand held up.

49hands + 5/-/-/ = no usable information. He could even be a nit.

I'm not too sure, but even not betting the flop to induce might be a way to go versus certain types.

Even though the the pot is raised it is still pretty small comared to the money behind which is a good reason not to inflate it. It is also why folding on the flop is OK: a small mistake now is better than bigger ones on later streets especially since yourr hand is unlikely to be too far ahead.

This is an easy fold on the flop. Hands like bottom two on drawy boards are money-burners because most of the time you either get outdrawn or you're over-setted which causes heavyly reverse-implied situations.
I wouldn't credit timing tells too deeply either if opponents are multitabling. You may think that they have a tough decision or are planning a move but in reality they are just playing other tables instead.
