Well, I often fold QQ to 4-bet, depends on the player. Open raise 4BB.

But I don't understand your stacksize. Do you play shortstack strategy? Or buy low(?), if so, that's a huge leak.

I would go broke preflop since you are shortstack with no reads. On NL 25, raise to 4xBB + one per limper. With your stack size, a call is not an option.

Since you´re middlestack you can´t really make bet/fold never, since player would go all-in there with TT+, AK.
