The answer to your question depends on what you are exactly looking for.
Do you want the biggest pricepools for freerolls and a lot of options? --> Pokerstars.eu should be your first choice
Do you want freerolls with very few people and a good chance to win? --> IPoker Network (f.e. Poker770) might be a good idea
Do you want depositor freerolls? Not sure which is best
