All along i been using RFI when i am defending my blinds vs CO/BU/SB
But what if i want to determine the openning range of a player at MP or UTG?
Do i use RFI or PFR to determine?

It is not. Basically it is the same. If you look at the stats in HM2 you won't find RFI stats for late positions but attempt to steal from CO, BTN and SB. Of course you will find RFI stats for EP and MP.

RFI is the same as the stealing ranges
Of course RFI is better than PFR, it's a more specific stat.
