Preflop: Hero is CO with K J
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, BTN calls $0.12, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.31) K 3 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.20, BTN raises to $0.45, Hero calls $0.25

Turn: ($1.21) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.60, Hero folds

i ended up folding as if i called he would be left with a pot size bet on the river and would be left with a hard decision if the flush didn't come

Preflop: looks fine

POstflop: It doesn't really make sense to call the flop and fold on a complete blank. If you like your hand enough vs the shorter guy either 3-bet flop or raise that turn.

And generally speaking those flop raises are not as strong as a turn raise so continuing with the hand is not a mistake, unless you fold the turn like you did.
