Welcome to the no limit forum.
Bet/shove is strong line, but often enough villain is ready to gamble with his pair and flushdraw or overpair and flushdraw.
Once you re-raise you can´t fold to shove, so as played you should call.
Question: I´d raise here with overpair and nut flushdraw, if villain isn´t nit. If I´m playing against villain who is only ready going to all-in with set here, then I´d call flop/ call turn and fold river ui. But that is not the case most of the players, so raising here generally is good, because that induce shoving/calls from a worse hands.
