Villain's pretty aggressive (VPIP = 55%, AF = 2.3), but that's only over 20 hands.

Id raise or fold, you dont want to call oop against an aggro player. Id probably raise/f and reevaluate turn (c/f if overcard or c/c if blank)

I like to lead out with tp.
Don´t see reason to c/r with top pair here, villain would often call and you build big pot with marginal hand.
I´d c/c flop, turn and decide on the river.
