Hello everyone ! My name is Mike and I'm 27 year happy Pole dude who is looking forward to crush nl200 Zoom and above !

First of all , my apologies for poor and grammatically incorrect English. But hey we all learn new stuff everyday ;)

So yeah , I was bouncing around micros for nearly 2 years and I've had enough being lazy bum. Sooooo once upon a time I met Ilidek who inspired me to be a Grindcore dude playing massive volume. He showed me a bit how to become professional. He pretty much inspired me to find Mentor.

Abra Cadabra and I found Mbml ! At that time I was playing around 6-8h of poker 6 days a week so I was really dedicated to it ( maybe that was one of the reason he chosen ) I think I don't have tell you who's Mbml is right ? If you don't know him you never lived _biggrin: So here is his blog Blog Click

I was so excited and on the other hand I was kinda afraid of how much work Mbml was going to put homework and staff. I have to tell you that peeps , I have hands full of work. I do session review every single day. I'm planning everyday a head with organizer n such n such.

This is one of the homework Mbml gave me to do.

Find out how different hands fare against a 100% Flop Cbet range
in the various positions

UTG - 14%
MP - 16%
SB - 50%

Hands you could have

Ace high
Pocket pairs
Bottom pairs

#1. =====> A52 <======

A52r vs UTG 14%

Ace high : I don't have any here

=== Pocket pairs :

33- 41%
44- 44%
66- 38% Equity dropped down since there is no str8 possibillity
77- 40%
88- 43%
99- 46%
TT- 49%
JJ- 54%
QQ- 59%

Conlusion : If When someone cbets and I'm on late possision BU/CO

1.85$ + CB 1$ = 1 /3.85 ~ I have Need 25% of Equity here so vs 100% cb I can call here 100% of the time if villain give up
most of the time turn cbets.

1.85+1.5= 1.5/4.85 ~ 31%

=== Bottom pairs : I don't have any in my calling range vs UTG

A52r vs MP 16% 22+, ATs+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KTo+, QJo

=== Ace high: ----------

=== Pocket pairs:

Just about same Equity (+1+2%) Same calculation coz his range doesn't change that much. most the time it's expanded by broadway cards

=== Bottom pairs: -----------

A52r vs SB 50%

=== Ace high: --------------

Pocket pairs:

33/44- 56%/57%
66-99 53%=>59%
TT/JJ - 62%/64%

smaller PP + straight are equal or slightly better than 66-99 pockets @ this flop. That's always 100% cb vs such openraise range.

Bottom pairs: I think I would rather 3b preflop hands like A2/K2/sometimes J2 instead of calling them ( vs player who steal
wide and cbet flop/turn both 60% and fold to 3b atleast 66% then my 3b is BE and he have tough spot coz he'll be playing OOP. For sure
4 range is important but I don't know how to deal with it, what it should be ( highest he can have ? )

Legs are Okish Unfortunately I have tendency to having big legs after few weeks and I don't wanna waste my Levis jeans :rolleyes:

Back in time I was doing bench press and I took 105kg. Now I'm just working out with dumbbells most of the time.

@GJ AlvisR , what about ABS ?

Hey Mike welcome to blogs sir!

I would first point out your English is fine, so don't be worrying about that part.

Second, super job getting such a great coach, you definitely can't go wrong there and I'll expect to see you crushing very very soon.

Super stuff, make sure it stays fun!

Mal.

Hey mate ! Thanks a lot =)

Yeah I'm kinda proud of myself I've encouraged Mbml to become my Coach _biggrin:

Last three days I felt like piece of shizzz. I was playing because I had to not because I wanted to do so. I think bad idea was to install AION because every single time someone coolered me I was running like a Mickey Mouse to see friend in AION world and at the same time my excuse was "Ohh it's better to leave tables because I'll tilt and loose more ..." Problem was that , I used to play nl10 like 6 sometimes 10h a day and that was ok to get collered by someone from time to time. So ....

So I got all of my shizz together and I depo all my gear to Legion warehouse , left Legion and send msg to my friend saying 'I quit" After I've removed myself from AION world and removed it from my PC. And ..

I planned a bit of this week

Really I have to come back on track so I won't disappoint myself and Mblm.

Can't wait to come back on gym and start training. Gym lifestyle provided in my life a lot of discipline and I'm sure Poker + Gym = Success. You have to find your flow and balance in life between Poker and Real Life and I think that's a formula to be successful.

i would suggest breaking up the 6 hours into 2-3 smaller chunks. I play one after 30 min upon waking up, and one before I go to bed.

Playing for such long stretches only makes sense if you intend to put in 10+ hours per day, which is what you don't have to/shouldn't do at the moment

Thanks !

I'll try to figure out what's best for me. I won't get to bed probably till around 2-3 am. After Session review I'll make up some plan ;)
