I would bet bigger on the turn, and probably give up if called. I don't see him calling without a big diamond often enough to make the call on the river (unless you've noticed he likes to bluffs scary board).

I´d rather make 4$ blockbet on the river and fold to shove than go c/c line, since if he bets then mostly you´re beat.
