Hi mlatasrb

What do you think his range is for raising that river?

That looks a lot like a bluff or rivered KT/T9 or at best for us something like QJ, but that's 3 combos total (including offsuite QJ).

So the question is, do we have a value raise?

His raise makes most sense for QJs.

Otherwise he would need to slowplay hands like AJ, AQ, 33, 88, or not to bet flop and turn with 9Ts, KTs. He could also maybe do it with AK, QQ, AA.

I was not sure if I have value, but thought it is too weak to just call high set for so small pot.

In the end it still comes down to number of combos you can get value from vs number of combos you don't get value from.

So a raise is definitely thin and some people check down KT since it has high card.

And even if he checks just 25% of KT that's still just as many combos as all of QJ.
