i would bet a little bit less on the flop since is very dry ( no draws) and you steal want him in the pot with his worst holdings
this is a good board for him to check raise so i am not folding my hand on the flop and probably not on the turn too .
if he will fire a 3rd barrel on the river then i would probably fold because at this limit people dont fire 3 barrel bluffs and and he will probably check a worst king

Easy fold against a guy who can easily have a 3 and isnt too aggro post flop. (1.2 AF)

By betting less on the flop as srohack said, you also lose less when you fold to these reraises.

I'd call, he has AF of 1.2 but 70 vpip, so he's an aggressive donk.

I would fold too - at this level the players are so bad there are plenty of opportunities to take their money, no need to take risks in marginal situations.

This is good board to check-raise, however, he puts 2.80$ in 0.5$ pot - that is very big overbet. And if i'd call, should I call all-in on turn?

Bah I'm not respecting a 70% vpip donk, TPGK is more than enough. call and call any further bets.
