first...for me... i'm not sure that you have to raise because you have to see the kind of player he is and what he have been doing since here... but let's think that he is a guy that is agressive after flop... if you raise, the pot is $2,31, and the bet is $1,13 .. i think i would raise that to something like 4 or since you are playing .02/.04 and you will not have much more money left, push it all in cause you will be pot comitted with any raise on him. but other way, sometimes i like to raise and get pot comitted to make him know that i'm not gona fold no matter what he do!!

On flop you can c-bet/fold an average player or just c/f if hes good. c/c if hes very bad lol
I can´t see the stack sizes, but assuming that opponent is 100bb deep then I like to b/f flop, rahter than c/f or c/c. It makes your hand easier to play and you have fold equity.
