Preflop is fine.

On the flop I would definitely raise it up here. Sizing is fine.

On the turn we can't really raise. We should probably just call since our boat draw may be live. We may call the river we may not, it depends on the card + villain's bet-sizing etc.

Aren't there a lot of pair + draw type of hands when he takes this line from which we can extract value?

Yeah, actually we may have a thin value-raise with intention of stacking off. It'll be high variance though.

Im rasing the turn pretty huge to get value from KQ AQ KJ QJ QT Q9 J9 etc, he's a fish so hes never folding pair + draw imo.
If his WTS was like 40%+ with a bigger sample i'd consider raising flop bigger & overshoving turn.
