fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.12, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.12, fold, fold

Flop: ($0.31, 2 players) T♣ J♦ T♥
UTG+1 bets $0.15, Hero calls $0.15

UTG+1 bets $0.25, Hero raises to $0.65, UTG+1 calls $0.40

River: ($1.91, 2 players) 6♠
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks

I have a few questions here
1. Villain is raising pre quite loose, I think he's raising ~24% so would 3betting be ok?
2. postflop what should I do differently? I think I should have raised the flop, as played I should have raised the turn more.
3. Against a fishy villain like this should I have gone all-in on the river?

Hi,

Since it is 8-handed table I think just calling is fine. You can´t really call 4-bet and there are quite lot boards when you can either float or bluffraise his c-bet.
Postflop: I think flop call is fine. You can also raise, but if he has air, then he would just b/f his hand and you gain more info his hand strength on the turn.
I like your turn raise- he is betting small, so likely he has there worse hand or draw so I would also raise turn
I don´t think he would call too many worse hands if you shove river, but he would always call you down with Jx and maybe smaller pp-s if you bet 1$, so I would prefer valuebetting river around half the pot and then call his shove (although mostly I would expect him to c/f or c/c)

best regards,
