Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K♠ K♣

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, BTN calls 3 BB, fold, fold

Flop: (7.5 BB, 2 players) 8♣ 6♠ 2♣
Hero bets 7 BB, BTN raises to 14 BB, Hero calls 7 BB

Turn: (35.5 BB, 2 players) 9♣
Hero checks, BTN bets 17 BB, Hero calls 17 BB

River: (69.5 BB, 2 players) 5♦
Hero checks, BTN bets 39 BB, fold

Villain has a pretty wide range based on 68 hands. I think he could play small suited connecters this way and on the river he represents the flush. So i folded it.

Hi advancedTN1984

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I think that I would prefer a 3-bet on the flop if you expect villain to be wide. The board is wet and if he has overpairs/draws you want the vaue now.
