BB is a reg
Vpip 21 Pfr 17
3bet 6.8 and a 3bet from BB of 12.

I could Fold or 4bet, but i feel i get played back more when we are deep.

So i called planning on attacking some flops.

Flop brings me backdoor straight + flushdraw
Now here 3bets the flop very small. Can't ever see him doing it with QQ+
i expect alot of ch/folds on turn.

Turn he bets weak again? here i am not sure?
Raise? how big?

BB: $118.94 (237.9 bb)
UTG: $122.72 (245.4 bb)
MP: $25.47 (50.9 bb)
CO: $60.92 (121.8 bb)
Hero (BTN): $108.70 (217.4 bb)
SB: $31.57 (63.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q 8
3 folds, Hero raises to $1, SB folds, BB raises to $3.50, Hero calls $2.50

Flop: ($7.25) 7 T T (2 players)
BB bets $4, Hero raises to $9, BB raises to $17, Hero calls $8

Turn: ($41.25) 3 (2 players)
BB bets $15, Hero ??

Hey Ashton733,

We can certainly argue a preflop call here due to stack depth. In reality how hand is not great and folding preflop is very likely the best option. It's close to impossible to make the nuts with Q8, and we want hands that make the nuts well when deep.

Flop is fine in isolation. As part of a balanced strategy we won't have much of a raising range on this texture so it makes more sense to defend by flatting and bluffing on a later street.

Vs 3bet we should very likely fold.

On the turn we may have a marginal call, but it's close since the board is paired. Hand is just overplayed in general.
