I prolly just fold riv.

Hands he could have that you beat are just QT, maaybe Q9, but I doubt about the second one. On the other hand, he has many Jx in his range and some Kx also.

Maybe it's just me but I noticed that the "fish" just seems not to give relatively any credit anymore to cbets.. and i forgot to mention that he's known fish so it's a possibility he has seen me cbetting with overcards or nothing.. I thought in-game this board is good for cbet hand he thinks that I know that too.. I don't know.. maye overthinking here hehe.. but yeah river bet is super big.. I need to be correct 1 in 3 right ?

Yes, chip EV wise, we have to be holding the best hand 1/3 to make the call. With some ICM consideration(low here), I guess it goes slightly bit higher than 1/3.

Anyway, imo you are overthinking it. Fish doesn't go that deep in their thoughts usually. It's just not that many draws that he could play this way. More common line for an aggro fish would be to c/r this paired board as a bluff rather than float/bet riv pot size. And it's usually the passive fishes who would flat non Jx, non Kx hand here.
