Hey Ferrari1f,

Preflop squeeze is fine although on the large side.

Flop cbet is fine but again on the large side.

If we'd squeezed a little smaller and cbet a little smaller we might be able to get away from the flop shove. Possibly we should still fold flop here because we are slightly deep.

It's interesting to see that you think my pre flop sizing is a bit too large here. 1 guy at the table who seems decent to me, said that I had to raise more. But I was thinking that my sizing is not bad at all... There is already 0.90 $ in the pot so making it 1,7 $ seems just right because we still have 3 other people in the pot. I would like to avoid that last guy to act is getting good odds to call as well if another guy decides to flat for whatever fishy reason. What would you suggest here in terms of sizing?

I do agree that 40% - 45 % on the flop is probably a better bet size. But folding after shove is not easy. What is our stack off range then if AA is not part of it? We only lose to sets and I think that AK is in his range here. Maybe a flush draw but I don't see which hand... A :club: Q :club: ?? Pretty loose call I think pre...

Btw, if anyone at your table is trying to give you advice, it generally means they are not decent ;)

Opinions vary on this subject - but it seems pretty obvious that the general trend is for 3bets/4bets to get smaller and smaller all of the time. The reason for this is that our edge is small preflop in today's games. We make the most money postflop - and we make even more money postflop if we leave a decent SPR for postflop play allowing us to use our skill edge.
