By money won, I'd say, so this is success (other thing is that it isnt sustaneable and the fact is that I would go broke if I play like this very quickly).
I never said this was a great play, actually I said exactly the oposit- that is played wrong but lucky.
I agree that poker is about very stricked rules.

Come on man, I understand you're a mod and have to make people follow the Bankroll Management, but let this guy have his fun once in a while and post a fun hand if he feels like it. No need to come in here and tell him everything he does is wrong.

Just because i'm a moderator, I dont have to tell people to play by brm. My job is to answer questions, and to delete all unwanted threads and posts.

This hand is on NL1000, and the guy has half a stack. He then plays his hand awfully, and gets lucky. Then he posts it on the forums to show people he's a gambler, and that he pays no attention to the articles. IMO, the whole thing shouts out inexperiance.

Also, just because a guy plays NL200, it doesn't mean he's experianced at all.

If anyone can explain why my comments are wrong, inaccurate or out of line, please do so.

Poker is about having an edge, and playing like this is played will loose you a shed load and fast.

I just want to say that I agree with you cannell.

With a past bankroll I did things like this from time to time. Yes sometimes it worked out well, but in the end it slowed my progress down a lot!

I do understand that you were gambling tesla, and that just because you do this sometimes doesn't mean you're a bad player (as long as you do it very infrequently). You might be a great winning player that just enjoys to gamble from time to time, and there's nothing extremely wrong with that. It's just that in the long run gambling isn't profitable, and will therefore slow your progression through the limits.

It's not a poker accomplishment, so doesn't really merit any congratulations. It's no different than if I posted a thread bragging that I won 1000$ playing roulette in a casino.

I think the hand was badly played by both post flop, but I am a FL player, so what do I know! Normally when one is calling in FL with a flop like this then he usualy has something, so I would have have bet once then check it down or fold.
I think that if he wanted to post this hand and people comment on it then he and every one else has the right to do this, BUT not in the "our successes" area. Can enyone tell me where the success is in this hand other than winning, by using PokerStrategy material?

I respectfully disagree. I play 100% strict bankroll management but there's nothing wrong with playing a game out of your league once in a while, just for fun. If you don't mind grinding it up again, you can go gambling once in a while. To keep the fun in Poker. Of course, the hand is played terribly and he shouldn't really be playing these limits, but let him have his fun without having to bash him in the ground, that's all I'm saying. No disrespect whatsoever intended to anyone.

I really dont understand why people make such bad long term decisions. Everyone is entitled to take their whole roll to one table if they like. All i'm pointing out is that you need to be strict with certain rules, in order to be the most profitable. So anything else is a total waste of time. Look at the most successful players on this site, and then re-evaluate!

Why do you get more fun out of playing like a donkey and out of BRM? If you dont enjoy grinding and playing well at your home limit, then why bother with poker?

Well yeasterday I belive that in like 90% of the time I was busted from SNG where I have dominated hand.

I was able only won hand when I was dominated. In yeasterday's tournament I shove my quite few chips on shortstack push. We were called by big stack. We both showed AJ, he showed AT, he kicked our butts

Today my friend reported that he was pushed from SB and he shove his KK. Guy showed 52 with flop 52x ;).

So we came to conclusion that we are pushing 72 preferably :evil:.
