Preflop is fine.

We can't really stack preflop here which also means we probably should not be 5betting and committing ourselves. If we suspect villain is tight then folding to 4bet is reasonable. Aside from this the only reasonable option left is to flat 4bet which will nearly always put us in a tough spot postflop.

As played flop is fine.

I would be tempted to just check down turn + river. After turn bet would just check river.

if we 3bet for value with AQ,JJ (blinds vs steal )

and a loose 4bet guy ,that he knows we 3bet light a lot , 4bet us maybe light (maybe pure bluff just blockers Ax)

what is the best strategy here ?

1-call 4bet ?? WHAT IS THE PLAN POST FLOP ?? ...
play fit or fold flop ?? ( very tough spots) (most of the time with JJ ,we have over cards)

2-go all in with these hands PF, and expect to win money when they fold PF ??

3-just fold ,but i think it is very weak at nl25 ..specially vs loose 4bet guys that we play against them a lot..

So I'm basically operating under the assumption that villain is tight.

Re-reading what you wrote perhaps you think he is 4betting wide, in which case we can just about get away with 5-bet jamming 120bb deep, although it's close.

Just because we 3bet a hand doesn't mean we have to stack off if our opponent flats 3bets very wide. It's not inconceivable that we 3bet/fold a hand like JJ if we expect opponent to have a tight 4betting range.

But the deeper we get the more we are going to tend towards flatting a 4bet rather than re-raising.
