I am not sure whether we have a valueraise otr, because he should be betting all his Tx hands on the turn and only hands we can get value from are worse Kx (not rly in his lead F range imo)

depends if villain likes to bluff or not. Mostly I would not expect players to lead on scary rivers with too many weaker hands for value and you´re very though spot if he decides to 3-bet or shove.
So I would just call- if he has air, then he would mostly fold to your turn raise (and shove another 5%-10%, which you likely can´t call) and you likely only getting value at Kx hands.

He never 3bets worse. He sometimes bet/calls worse Kx. His bet/(size) looks like a blockbet. Nice hand well played.
i just call, cant see nay value in raising and i dont want to be bluff off my hand
Chenny, what do u think are hands that fish plays like this and calls the river raise?
Tx, Kxhh. He won't necessarily call Tx but when he sizes it like this on the river I think his range is heavily Tx, which then allows us to make a thin raise and hope he calls (he won't call 100%).
