I started to play at 24hpoker yesterday but my HEM is not working properly. Hud is not working and my HEM tracks only XhXh hands that I've won (wtf?). Any help here, my bonus is running...

Please make sure you use the latest HM2 version,
the 24hpoker client must be english.
And for Microgaming its sometimes necessary to delete the handhistory file manually before starting a new session.

This usually helps. If it doesn't, just try to restart HM.
Also I have notised that if you first start the client and then HM2 it might help too. Maybe even play a couple of hand to get a new gamehistory.dat before starting HM2.
If you played blaze poker is is normal you dont have a hud it only tracks hand you won at showdown
Thats because other handhistories are not written for Blaze. And we don't have a Hud for Blaze
