I thought I'd gamble on the flop...

$0.02/$0.04 No Limit Holdem
8 players

Hero ($1.32)
SB ($4.03)
BB ($3.74)

Pre-flop: ($0.06, 8 players) Hero is BTN T♠ T♣
UTG raises to $0.08, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.24, 1 fold, BB calls $0.20, UTG calls $0.16

Flop: 8♦ 7♠ 6♦ ($0.74, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $0.08, Hero raises to $0.52...

Was I being too aggressive here considering the very draw-heavy flop?

Here you have a chum in the pool with you and you are most likely ahead.
If you are beat by a str8 or set on the flop so be it, you can still suck out and make a bigger hand. On the flop I ignore his tiny raise and bet all-in. He could have so many hands that can out draw you, so you must give him bad odds to call. His flop bet stinks like a block bet. In addition, the BB is still in the hand and could very easily have hit a small piece as well, so no cheep cards for him!
When considering my advice, keep in mind that I am uber-aggresive player post-flop ♦
