Hey Raven112233,

We definitely want to bet flop here, but multiway on a JJ6 texture the optimal sizing is probably around $1.

Vs x/r folding is fine.

could you give some rules about sizing in MW. 1$ to 2,6$ it seems very strange...
What is your cb size in this spot when you have:
1) nuts
2) Jx
3) OP
4) 2nd P
5) FD
Do you cb anything else in this spot?

Could you explain why it was easy fold? The AF is very low for him but if he's playing short-stacked maybe there are not lot's of post flop play?
Also do you see him here raising only with nuts or jx hand?
Thanks.

this is MW, he raised as he would like to pull into the pot me or BB. Beside after me is onother player who can already have a hand that beats me.
I cant see many drawing hand in his range. I think that with hand like FD he would just call.

@w34z3l
could you write something more about cbet sizing in this spot?

Don't know how to exactly do it, so I'll just use colons ----> : thumbsUp :

Not exactly what I meant by saying "Don't know how to exactly do it" (it was for the "smiley", don't know how to do a "thumbs-up" one), but thx for the explanation ! You too enjoy ! (and let me know if you know how to do a "thumbs-up" smiley ) and sry for spamming your hand thread a little bit

Sorry for the delayed response guys, didn't see the thread.

So essentially we don't follow rules we just make decision based on principles.

The relevant principles here are that 1) we should reducing our sizing in multi-way situations. Why? Because we represent a stronger range betting multi-way. Any time our range is strong a smaller sizing will be optimal.

2) The texture is dry. It's hard for our opponents to hit these boards so we bet smaller and force our opponent to either defend a very wide range or make a mistake by folding too frequently.

We have 2 good reasons to reduce our sizing hence our sizing becomes much less than it would be in a HU situation on a neutral texture.
