I would just fold pre

As played, I would give up on turn, You said he is tight, so I believe he is on a strong range here which I dont want to fight against.

I like this open vs 10/9 player who defends 21% of range. Post flop I would definitely c bet the flop cause we will get value from all the over cards that call us here trying to bluff catch us. Turn I would consider double barreling cause he rarely has straight, might have a flush but then I would expect FD + overs to be played aggressively on this flop! Definitely check fold to turn c bet and if its sufficient sample, if he folds 50%+ I would 100% double barrel here. River check fold cause once he calls two streets he will never fold this river (you will only fold him from weaker hands and vs all the others you are value towning yourself).

Loose open :) But I like it vs 10/9 nit. I will size it prolly a bit bigger-like 140 or so.

Postflop-bet flop, bet Turn. You are gonna get so many floats on this flop, it's incredible :P

Bet/fold turn is much better than c/c turn with no reads. Riv is no good, but the guy was on a bluff, so I he had to fold
