Hero checks, CO bets $0.10, Hero raises to $0.30, CO folds

Spoiler

$0.33 pot ($0.02 rake)

Hero mucked A♥ T♣ and won $0.31 ($0.15 net)
CO mucked and lost (-$0.16 net)

CO 24/22 (337)

I think I'm ahead of his range with ATo, so decided to call.
Is this a good flop to check raise as bluff?

Hi sarvam

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: His bet is really big but we can make him fold some better hands and we block NFD. So I don't mind it as long as he bets too many flops (you can see his cbet from his stats).
