Once he raises me on this dry board, calling is an option since didn't had reads on him?

Now, have some more stats and can see he raised cbet 38(8). Whit this info my options can change?

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Raise 38% of 8 means 3 of 8 (including 1 vs you) so it's not a huge sample.

As played and being OOP vs unknown folding is the safest route.
