I think I bet/fold turn here, as he is playing the line to get most value out of you (call flop, raise turn), he'll probably have an ace. Also, his preflop cold-calling range includes many A-high hands.
He could be raising with a flushdraw here or a straightdraw so i dont like turbing folding this hand. Didnt you had any reads on him? Im not sure what to do here against unknown opponents but calling down seems to be the best option (if he is agressive enough he could be raising with a good Jx kinda hand on the turn here)

I actually like the nitty line here and fold the turn. As Amirapuato mentioned his coldcalling range will be a lot of Ax type of hands. Also because of his preflop coldcall it looks like he is passive and won't semibluff a lot.

his coldcall range has a lot Ax hands but as well a lot suited connectors in it so it's no easy decision on the turn.
I don't think that it's a mistake to fold the hand on this limit as it should be less aggressive on average.
On the other hand would he reall call flop, raise turn with a weak ace? I don't know if they really raise their weak toppairs here so if this is given he either has a monster (set) or a bluff so I like a calldown as well.
