Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: this goes back to the info we have on this player. The turn is a scare card and he can interpret it as such and turn some hands into a bluff. However, he can also have plenty of 7x calling after BTN and calling the dry flop.

So against a passive/unknown reg you are more likely to bet/fold, but against someone aggro that can see through the turn card you have at least a call.
