I would have folded preflop. The villain has only $7.30 so a hand like 10 10 is not really worth playing. With a call, you are really just hoping for a set of tens since you know he probably has two overcards. As played, I'd push him all-in on the flop. If he had a made hand, he would have bet to protect it from the obvious flushdraw. Then again.....you stated that he is fishy so it really depends on what you have seen from the guy so far.....

I might call pf if hes fishy and Im quite sure he doesnt have a higher pp; then bet on a low flop. If I encounter this flop I would prob check it down unless I make my flush.

Maybe I did not explain it properly, idea was to isolate him and get all in on the flop, but flop was too ugly so I checked it behind and gave villain another chance to bet turn.

What kind of fish is he? passive?

I wouldnt go AI on flop if hes a station, I would just check it down.

I only put money in against a station if i have the goods since they call with anything. This includes not raising with a marginal hand like TT pf. Just call and milk him if the flop is good for you.

I think you played it fine.
Although you could aslo try to go shodown, but shoving turn is also fine.
