Whats the best way to extract value from this board. I was intending to raise the river but that didnt quite work out. Should I raise the flop or turn instead?

Hi nghks1

Best way to extract value is to just shove that turn. UTG donked into 4 people so he isn't weak there and has at least Ax or draw. Since he barreled turn just ship it there.
